FM 8 no longer generating PDFs with bookmarks for the Acrobat Bookmarks pane

Hi Avi,

Did you make sure that you selected "Generate Acrobat Data"
in the Print dialog?

I do not know how you create your PDF files. As a test
print to a PS file (with Adobe PDF as printer and "Generate
Acrobat Data" selected) and then distill the PS file to a
PDF file.
