font changes in ini

How complicated is it to do font changes in the ini file,

And where can I get those directions?

 

Times                                                  to Times New
Roman 

Helvetica                                             to Arial

Times New Roman Greek                  to Helvetica Greek

Arial Black Heavy                                to Arial Extra Bold

Tekton                                                 to Tekton Pro

 

And a few others.
