To Find+Replace on a text and its Paragraph tag to convert it to another Paragraph tag

>From within a paragraph whose format is the one to want to change to,
use Edit > Copy Special > Paragraph Format, then find the paragraph
and text you want to change and choose By Pasting from the Replace
section. Only the format is on the clipboard, so only the format is
pasted.
