French Language Challenge

Hi Everybody,

I am working on Windows XP, FrameMaker 8 unstructured on a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop.

I was having some challenges with accents in my document but I got them working. 

I was copying and pasting from the character map in order to get those letters. Now even though I have set the language to French Canadian, I cannot get the Spelling Checker to work.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this challenge?
