Difficulty Creating a TOC

 Yup......RevNum and DateRev are both paragraph tags.
 the 10-5 comes from the chapter and page number.....apparently, when
I keyed those into my original e.mail they didn't appear (probably
because of the dollar sign) but they track like this:  - (imagine the
dollar sign.....LOL
