Graphic Elements in Frame 9 Template

Pete, on your master pages, are the graphics in an anchored frame? If so, can you pull them out of the anchored frame, and then delete the anchored frame? I don't think the graphics will be referenced anymore, but it might resolve your issue to some degree.
