Trouble with printing PDF file

First, can you PDF the problem file by itself, outside the book?

But if it's dieing on the same page consistently, there's something on
the page that's causing the problem.
Check out that page's content -- look at/for graphics, embedded
PostScript instructions, text insets, and similar things.
If you find something that may be causing the problem, delete it
temporarily. For instance, if you have a graphic on that page, remove
it; if there's a text inset, at least open that file so you know it's
present and working.

And you should be aware that this list, as most mailing lists do,
don't permit attachments.

If you don't find an obvious problem, provide some more details on
your environment -- FM version (Help > About > p number), OS,
amount of RAM and so on....
