I tried many times with Create Hyperlinks option enabled, but I continue
getting a simple text - not clickable - listing such as
./../Graphics/sl_ic_concepts.gif @ 100 dpi 6

../../Graphics/sl_ic_tasks.gif @ 115 dpi 6

../../Graphics/sl_ic_ref.gif @ 120 dpi 7

../../Graphics/sl_ic_glass.gif @ 115 dpi 7

any idea?

In the "Set Up List of References" dialog, tick the "Create Hypertext Links"
checkbox and you'll get links to the graphic insertion points.
