FYI www.scriptorium.com still has copies of Publishing Fundamentals: Unstructured FrameMaker 8 (http://store.scriptorium.com/items/books/publishing-fundamentals-unstructured-framemaker-8-all-detail.htm), and at a reduced price, too.
This is a darn good resource for things such as numbering, IMHO. Definitely good to have on hand.
