[framemaker-dita] Referencing XML code in topics

We've written a Framescript to fix this. After you have pasted the code into
<codeblock>, just select the codeblock and run the script. All paragraph
returns in the selected element will be converted to line breaks. The
framescript works on any selected element, also on <msgblock>, for example.
