Text insets and trados translation workbench

Also, it bears remembering that Bruce Foster's Archive Plug-In collects
both graphics and text insets in separate folders. Very convenient when
readying a book for translation.

Hi Verner,

As text insets are separate FrameMaker files, you should have sent them
separately to your translation vendor.
I know Trados has an option to 'hide' text inset contents for the
translator (and exclude these from the word count).
To make this work after translation, be sure to copy your source folder
structure (for each language) and use it for the translated files - so
maintaining the links to the text insets. If not, you end up with
manually relinking each file.
