Imported Word docs - table heading row of long tables is not repeated for further pages of the table

Hi Avi,
Rick Quattro's Table Cleaner plugin makes short work of this. Simply select
the row or rows you want to repeat, and choose Table > Convert Select Rows >
Body to heading Rows.
Short of that, you might try a) applying a table format to the imported
table, and b) add a header row (Table > Add Rows or Columns > Add a Header a
Header Row), c) copy and paste the original cells into that, then delete the
original row.
