Image as part of table style?

A co-worker wants to create a table style that is two columns, one row,
no visible borders. In the narrower left column is to be an icon of a
book. In the right column will be text that explains that a topic is
covered on page ___ of the manual. The idea is that the icon indicates
that reader will have to go to the manual to find more detailed
information.

So he called me and asked me how to create such a table. I cannot for
the life of me figure out how to create a table that has the book icon
"built in." Is it even possible to do this? I've done tables like this
using text, but not images. The image we want to use is a .png file.

We're using Framemaker 7.2. Any help/guidance is appreciated. Thanks!
