Image as part of table style?

Hi Nina,

 

You can do this by creating a paragraph format that uses a "Frame Above Pgf" or "Frame Below Pgf" to display an image from a reference page. Once you've created the paragraph format that references the image, apply it to the paragraph in the left column, then set your table format to use that paragraph format by default (in the Table Designer, choose Reset Window from Selection, then click Update All).
