I faced a similar problem, and I asked our engineering development team to 
create a utility that outputs simple bitmap files of the screens. This 
task did not seem to be too difficult for them, and it sure made my life 
easier. It has actually became handy for several groups within my company, 
including Field Service and Customer Service.
