How to enter Unicode Character in FrameMaker 10?

Hi Nancy,
 
Choose File > Utilities > Character Palette, then use the arrows at the right-hand side of the Character Palette to scroll down to the unicode range you need (219, in your case). The 219 range should contain the glyph you want. Click it to insert it into your document at the cursor.
