FM10 books: none

Adobe's FM9 "Classroom in a Book" is very basic, but will get you an
understanding of the FM10 interface, which is only slightly changed from
FM9. For more info, much of Scriptorium's "Unstructured FM8" is still valid
and useful when working with Unstructed FM 10 (as I have recently). No
guide exists (that I'm aware of) concerning Structured FM9 or 10. I don't
recommend Underwood's "Introduction to FM9 for Windows;" it's too basic and
has an inadequate index.
