Hi Karen,

It's possible to accidentally duplicate a text frame on a body page (by 
an errant Alt+click or other combination), which doesn't then follow the 
rules.

To check for this possibility, make sure borders are visible and 
Ctrl-click the troublesome text frame to select it (that may require a 
different key-stroke combo on a Mac), and drag it to the side.  If it's 
a duplicate, the "real" text frame (empty) will remain in place behind 
it.  Copy content from the errant frame into the real frame, and delete 
the errant.
