Scientific names in roman, not italics, in running headers

I haven't had any luck with this one either but I know the answer is out there.

This is the ChapterTitle: Field Screening Aid for Bug one

In the RunningH/F 1 the scientific name is not italicized, as it should be.

I know how to change the entire RunningH/F 1to italics, but not just a portion of it.

Is there a way to do it?
