How do I create a cross reference which uses more than one line oftext?

Hi Theresa,

Assuming that your using unstructured frame, and the two lines are two
paragraphs (so no line ending with a soft return), the solution would be to
create two cross references. The first one would point to 'Id 069', using
format '"Id 069 - ', the second one to 'Workshop Title', formatted as
'Workshop Title on page 22"'
