Bugs in Frame 10?

I have come across a few issues in FrameMaler 10. I am working on a windows XP machine.  Has anyone experienced either of these situations?

1. When using paragraph designer with auto-collapse iconic panels enabled, tab stops cannot be formatted.

I select Edit with the New Tab Stop Highlighted. The Edit Tab Stop window opens, I make my changes and select continue. Nothing happens.

If the auto-collapse iconic panels are not enabled, the tab stops will format.

2. When I generate a new TOC all of the selected Headings (Chap Name, H1, H2, H3) appear in the TOC and it looks correct. When I update the book, Heading 3 appears like this:

<$paratext>............................................................................................................. <$pagenum>

The only work around I have figured it to generate a new TOC every time I need to update my book.

Thanks,

Anne
