Fm9: Do "Track Text Edits" actions on all files in a book?

This is a feature, which has  been added in FrameMaker 10. Now, You can do “Track Text Edits” operations at book level. For ex: “Accept All” will accept “Track Text Edits” for all chapters of the book.

I guess it is not possible to do "Track Text Edits" actions on all files in a FrameMaker 9 book, but I hope this can be done with a Framescript?
