Automatic Image Scaling

Hello Listers,
 
Was wondering is there an automatic method to scale the images automatically while importing with a reference in Framemaker 7.0? Currently I import images with reference and set the dpi as required or use the ‘scaling’ option but I do not use ‘text frame’ to scale the graphics because the html output messes up. Maybe I do not know to use the option efficiently. This is a manual process so was wondering is there an automatic process or command that I might have overlooked?
