unable to generate a PDF from Book list problem solved by Adobe Tech Support

Hi all,

I recently posted an issue with my FrameMaker 10 program.  I was not able to
generate a PDF from the list because the option was grayed out.

 

I just got off the phone from Adobe tech support and want to share the
resolution to my problem.  

 

This resolution re-sets the defaults. 

 

Go to:

·         C:\Documents and Settings\chall\Application Data\Adobe

·         Rename the folder Linguistics to Linguistics-old

·         Rename the folder Framemaker\10 > to 10old

·         Launch FM again.

A new folder appears with the original defaults.
