OT: Phone number links in PDFs on smart phone

Hello Framers,

I have a client that wants phone numbers in their PDFs to be "dialable" when
viewed on a smart phone. Can this be done with web pages viewed on a smart
phone? If so, what is the syntax? If I can determine the HTML syntax, I may
be able to figure out what syntax to use in my PDF files. Any pointers and
suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you very much.
