Applying Paragraph Tags with F9 Not Working in Frame 10

I haven't tried it, but perhaps the easy fix would be to change the F8 and F9 definitions to also include the definition of the Shift+F7 key, which contains the FocusInDocument command. So pressing F8 or F9 would first move focus to the document, then behave as expected.
