Vertical line at right edge of graphics frame

Beverly,

I had this problem. I also was all patched and nothing anyone offered worked for me. I was about to pull my hair out. It only happened on PhotoShop images (imported by reference) for me. Finally, I decided to resize them just a tad to see what would happen. I found that if I resized my images so that the last number was an even number, it worked out. I now automatically size all images ending with an even number. Example:
Images used to be 3.25 inches wide.
I now size to 3.24 inches wide.
I’m embarrassed to admit this is what I do, because I know it’s only a workaround. But like I said, I could find nothing else that worked. If anyone has any other answer, I’d be willing to try.

At the risk of sounding unlearned, how does one check whether patches were properly applied?

Another user had a very similar problem (http://lists.frameusers.com/pipermail/framers/2010-April/019885.html), but she resolved it by applying the (then) latest patch.

According to your post, you are all patched up. Maybe it's worth checking to see if all of your patches were properly applied? *shrug*

Subject: Vertical line at right edge of graphics frame
Environment:
  TCS 2 (FrameMaker 9p255)
Windows 7 (also seen in XP SP3)
.png images created from CorelDraw X5 (also seen in screen captures done with Snagit 7—I know, it’s old)
Images imported by reference to graphics frames anchored to a Body paragraph
Image resolution typically 300 dpi (screen captures at 150 dpi)
Image size varies, never larger than half a page

Problem: A tin black or grey line appears along the right edge of some—not all—anchored frames. The line is not visible in FrameMaker, only when printed or saved as PDF using Adobe PDF printer.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Thanks for your help,
Beverly
