Installing trail vesion of Framemaker 10

I have a client trying to install the trial version of Framemaker 10 on her mac in a Parallels/Windows 7 enviroment. She is running OS10.7 and the latest edition of Parallells.
All she sees when she looks in the downloaded folder is a folder called deploy, a folder called packages, a folder called payloads and a folder called resources. No installer. What is she missing or not doing?
