Please note on that page Beware of FM updates:
«The Ehanced Tool Bar was developed for FM 10.0.1.402. Although the last update to FM 10.0.2.419 does 
not change any files relevant for the ETB You are recommended to de-install the ETB before you update 
FM with the patch and install ETB again after successfull updating.»
