[framemaker-dita] PDF Printing Issues in FrameMaker 11

Hi Salome

Are your using the default DITA functionality in FrameMaker or DITA-FMx?
And what are you using for your cross-references: xref or <fm-xref>?

Save as PDF with hyperlinks works for me. I'm using <fm-xref> in FrameMaker
11 with DITA-FMx and Acrobat Distiller 8. Just check the following:

For your book file, choose Format > Document > PDF Setup, click the Links
tab and select the "Create Named Destinations" option.
