Each link will take you to what appears to be an event registration page. You will need to log in with free Adobe.com account credentials. If you have difficulties accessing the recording with the latest version of Chrome, try Firefox or Internet Explorer. 

NOTE: this series covers virtually every step for setting up a modified or customized structured application in FrameMaker (in addition to the conversion.) Please be aware that the latest version of FrameMaker (v11) has even better support for DITA "out-of-the-box", so the experience would be easier, were you to upgrade to the latest version. Once you have set up a good set of conversion tables, they should work for most of your content, if your unstructured documents have consistent formatting.
