Tips/tools/resources for converting unstructured to structured

Maxwell,
Thank you very much. I have been following this thread because I have one product line that is almost entirely Unstructured and would like to convert it to Structured, with eventually moving on to DITA. This list of videos looks like it should be able to get this project going smoothly.
