Hi Carlo,

Welcome to the list; I'm sure you'll find it invaluable, as I have.

I have not embedded movies in files myself, but there is a Help topic,
"Import movies, SWF files, and 3D objects" http://tinyurl.com/csasjgc
that explains the process.
