Anchored Frame/Pagination bug?

Roger, I just checked with Fm 10.0.2.419 
Behaviour exactly the same as You state for FM 9.0.255

The para with the frame anchor must not "keep with next", because this will keep a paragraph after the 
frame to be kept with (which in many cases comprises many lines).
