Frame 9 crashes and can't open any Frame files

More on Heroic Open:
With no documents open, type
Esc o H
and try to open the file.  If you get anything, immediately save it as
MIF and quit FrameMaker.  Then restart Frame, open the MIF file, and
save it in Document (.fm) format.
