Text reflows when converting to PDF

When you change to the non-PDF printer you will get a message saying that
the text may reflow. But the thing to do when you want to print to the
printer is just print to PDF and then send your PDF to the printer from
Acrobat. That way you won't get any surprises.

Hi Ed,

This may have been it! I had unchecked that system/document font box, but
never expected that I would have to keep doing it. We'll have to see if it
lasts the day or requires constant re-unchecking. The latest PDF looks
exactly like the earlier print version and current screen view.

I have also changed my Windows default printer to Adobe PDF; it remains to
be seen what happens when I need to use a physical printer.

Users shouldn't have to keep resetting this stuff. Ideally the choice should
stick with the document, or at least the application should remember
everything you set until you change it.

Thanks for the tip!

Best,
Karen
