Ann: IXGen alive?? | ... and more tools

Hi Stuart,

I don't know that IXGen is alive, we have the feature: Index Markers by
configuration
That`s part of TOOLBOX (since FrameMaker 5) or now part of Finalyser
(since FrameMaker 10).
