Using epilogue.os with Frame and Windows 7

I recently upgraded to a Windows 7 machine and was trying to move over the custom joboptions and epilogue.ps files  I use when creating PDFs from FrameMaker (v10). I also have Acrobat X Pro. Putting the joboptions file onto the new machine was easy enough, less so for the epilogue.ps file.

I can copy the epilogue.ps file into my \Data directory:

C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe PDF\Distiller\Data\epilogue.ps

But it looks like Distiller is only using the file in the \All Users directory:

C:\Users\All Users\Adobe\Adobe PDF\Distiller\Data\epilogue.ps

And even though I have administrator privileges and am the only user on the machine, I cannot  overwrite, edit, or delete the version of epilogue.ps  in\ All Users. I did not see an option in the joboptions file that let you specify the location of epilogue.ps, which might be nice.

So how do you get Distiller to use a customized version of epilogue.ps in Windows 7?
