FM11 - Delay with F8 and F9 applying formats

Yes, Carla, this delay is very frustrating - especially the delay appearing for the first use of F8/F9 
etc. In may case this may be up to 10 seconds. It seems that the internal table with the style names 
is built up only on first use of the 'short cut' and not just after opening the file.
