FrameMaker 10 does not start ("licensing expired")

Go to this link  http://helpx.adobe.com/framemaker/kb/cant-launch-framemaker-10.html   and do TCS3Update.zip and that's update 1 at the bottom of the page.

Hi, Megha and all.


When I go to Unininstall or Change a Program, I see "Adobe Technical Communication Suite 3" with a version number of 3.0.52. I do not see FrameMaker listed solo and therefore can't verify the version number you supplied below.

Yesterday, I ran, as administrator, the file called FM10_LicenseUpdater.exe. 

Is this all I need to do?

To verify that the update is installed, check the Version column in the Add or Remove Program tool. When the update is successfully installed, the Version of FrameMaker is updated to 10.0.3.419.
