FM 8: Lost my footnote separator line

The separator line and spacing come from a reference page frame named Footnote. FM automagically puts it above the first Footnote pgf on the page (it's not specified as a Frame Above Pgf in Paragraph Designer). There's another ref page frame named TableFootnote that serves the same purpose for the TableFootnote pgf. 

If you change the name of the footnote and table footnote pgfs in Footnote Properties, you have to change the names of the corresponding ref page frames to match. Right-click the frame, select Object Properties, and change the name in the Object Properties dialog box. 

For years, I've been using zFootnote and zTableFootnote as the names of both the paragraphs and the corresponding reference page frames. Works like a charm.
