straightforward approach for adding icons to paragraph tag? (no tables, macros, or multiple tags, please)

I already have a Caution paragraph tag. My goal was to add an icon to
it for PDF output by modifying the tag's format.

Modifying each occurrence of the tag would be a lot more work.

I don't need any flexibility. These are the only two tags that will
ever need icons.
