Modifying FM's default R/L master pages

As it turns out, a MIF-wash of the chapter containing the R/L master pages that were modified to landscape orientation **SEEMS** to solve the problem...

(That is, unless it turns out to be a procedure required sporadically for future book updates...in which case, I'll repost  :))
