Get rid of the console

Hi Scott

Yes, I closed it, but it reappears each time when I generate a book from a
bookmap. I have also tried to put it on a separate screen and save that
workspace, but to no avail, it keeps reappearing, tabbed at the bottom of
the window.

The INI docs: hmm, I searched for "console" in "This reference only" but
this takes me to community.adobe.com where I find Help topics from AIR,
LyveCycle, Media Server etc... <not!>

Oh well, I'll just learn to live with it and hope for the best in the next
version of Fm. ;-)

Yves
