Slightly OT: Word Choice for iPad App

Hi, all!

Please forgive the slightly off topic question.
If any of you have done any documenting of iPad apps (or any tablet for that matter), what word do you use for choosing the actual app? On a computer we usually use click or select. So is this touch, select, open?
