John Garison will describe how he identified the need for change, built a
business case, developed a plan, and acted on it, moving *away from
FrameMaker and RoboHelp into Confluence*.

John will explain how he selected and implemented a wiki, changed his
organization's approach to developing content, integrated his company's
training materials with technical publications, developed new content for
new platforms, and converted legacy content as necessary. And he did it all
on a shoestring.

An experienced documentation developer, writer, training manager, and
consultant, John has more than 30 years of experience. He has extensive
experience as a trainer and public speaker. An Associate Fellow of STC,
John has worked at the local chapter level and the national level.
