Quick Reference Card/Guide template

Hi Fellow Framers. 

I need to create a quick reference card for a hybrid app that runs on the
Android OS. Without plagiarizing of course, I'd like to take a look at a
couple of
samples done with Frame.  I am using FM 10 on Win 7 64-bit. If anyone has
used Frame to create Quick Ref-type cards and wouldn't mind sharing samples
with me, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks. Or, if you know of a place to
download templates for just this type of thing, please feel free to
point me in that direction. I do have the special template pak saved from
5.5 (yea, ancient, I know), and I didn't find what I needed.
