FM12 ships with the User Guide in a chm. Complete User Guide. At least my FM12 did.Since then I have downloaded the PDF of the same version as well as the "new and updated (ya, right)" version.

manuals. I  did not buy 7.2, so don't know on that one. 8.0 definitely
