ToC, Index hyperlink in FM 11 issue

Dear Framers:
My ToC, lists and indexes are all creating excellent clickable pdfs, but in
the native FM11 (fully updated) I cannot click on a generated list without
getting a long message accompanied by a loud bell. In short, the FM "link"
does not work. The book file is taking its time to generate (create
hyperlinks turned on) so I suspect something is wrong. Have started miffing
files, but I am sure I have just been stupid.
