Dr. Reng:
Thank you for writing; I hope that your Wednesday has started off well.
I see in my log file that a .zip file is being created, but this .zip file is not appearing in my DITA conversion folder (i.e., the subfolder _ship), and this .zip file is not appearing in any local/temp files.
Below appear my log file and the .ini file.
Thanks again, especially if you can provide any insights!
Bob

Hi Bob,
You also checked the content of any zip files which might have been created, didn’t you?
Best regards

And I’m checking the Wrap and Ship button before attempting production.
Thanks,

Hi Robert
What does the _m2g_log.txt file say? Normally, you should get a .ditamap file and one or more .dita or .xml files.
Cheers
